Directional Splitboard
The mother of all snowboard shapes. Purposeful, focused, and functional, a directionally shaped board will float in the pow, cut through the crust and provide you with a functional tail to rip it up all over the mountain.
Trüe Camber
Trüe Camber is good old standard camber, which provides the stability and pop many shreds can´t live without. The amount of snap and support you get from a cambered board is unrivalled by any other camber design. Camber height varies between board models and sizes because each board is specifically designed for a certain terrain or type of riding, but Camber is Camber there is no point in over complicating it!
SplitGrip Core Profile
Like the Standard Core Profile, the Splitgrip Core Profile has a thicker part in the middle. For better uphill performance, the center thickness is modified and thins out towards tip and tail to improve your skins’ grip even on slippery surfaces or steep climbs.
Progressive
The Progressive Width concept takes the guesswork out of choosing your board. We pre-adjusted each board’s width to its size, providing you with the best length-to-width match, from Standard to Mid-Wide to Wide. Spend less time guessing and more time shredding!
Dual Degressive
The Dual Degressive Sidecut blends a smaller radius in the center with two larger ones in the tip and tail, making it loose and playful. Nitro´s most forgiving sidecut.
Sintered Speed Formula II Base
Rocket science put to work! A nanotech wax formula deeply infused into our sintered base material makes the base surface lightning fast in all snow conditions. Highly tuned yet extremely durable, Speed Formula II Base technology is exclusively featured on Nitro high-end boards.
Recycled Steel Edge
50% recycled steel edges are standard on all boards. They are strong, durable, and can be sharpened multiple times.

Our rider-trusted Bi-Lite Laminates are engineered for unrivalled strength, powerful style and refined board-feel.
KOROYD PowerLite Core
With the KOROYD Powerlite Core, Nitro pioneered the latest in core technology: Utilizing co-extruded miniature tubes, vertically aligned and welded, with unique energy absorption properties, KOROYD is approximately 70% lighter than standard balsa wood, with no loss in strength or flex. This engineered core is utilized in the tip and tail areas for a smoother ride, reduced swing mass and overall weight.
ABS Sidewalls
Our ABS sidewalls are made from 35% recycled polymers and are designed to be cold-resistant and durable.
Carbon Tape
Carbon tape is used for longitudinal reinforcement, providing direct power transfer.
Tip and Tail Locks
Custom-designed Tip and Tail Locks are easy to use and will keep your board halves locked firmly together.
Forged T7075 Aluminum Hooks
Our Forged T7075 Aluminum Hooks make sure your board halves are stiffened out to make for a flat and even base surface.

Designed specifically for our perfectly matched Kohla skins, the Nitro x Kohla Skin Attachment system makes attaching and removing your skins a breeze and will keep your skins where they belong – no matter what the snow conditions.
