Directional Splitboard
Purposeful, focused, and functional, a directional snowboard shape provides enhanced powder float, stability, and control. Its longer nose helps navigate deep and variable snow, while the functional tail delivers dependable turning and versatile all-mountain performance.
Cam-Out Camber
Our Cam-Out Camber is basically a Trüe Camber with early and smooth transitions into tip and tail. The result is a fun and responsive board that turns on the spot and is forgiving, even after that 713.5° landing!
SplitGrip Core Profile
Like the Standard Core Profile, Nitro’s Splitgrip Core Profile has a thicker part in the middle. For better uphill performance, the thickness profile is modified to improve your skins’ grip even on slippery surfaces or steep climbs.
Mid-Wide
Mid-Wide boards provide that little extra in width for less toe and heel drag, additional flotation and that extra bit of confidence when leaning into these power carves on icy slopes.
Radial Sidecut
The Radial Sidecut is straightforward and the most common in the industry: A single radius makes this sidecut extremely versatile, reliable, and predictable.
Power Pods
Nitro’s Power Pods combine a tighter sidecut radius underfoot with larger radius toward the tip and tail. This creates fast, responsive turning and stronger edge control when carving, while maintaining a smooth, predictable feel at slower speeds and during more relaxed riding
