1. Shipping Countries & Carriers
We (Nitro AG) ship all orders with GLS – sustainably via GLS Klima Protect*1.
Shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Twistringen (near Bremen), Germany. All orders placed on business days are processed within 24 hours and handed over to GLS.
We currently deliver to the following countries across Europe:
- All EU Member States*2
- Switzerland

2. Shipping Restrictions
The following countries, territories, and regions cannot be served at this time:

Note: Delivery times are estimates. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas season) or due to adverse environmental or weather conditions, delays may occur. We have no control over these. No legal claim arises from the stated delivery times.
5. Tracking & Delivery Options
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive via e‑mail a tracking link and a tracking number, allowing you to track your package online. Please note that tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Via tracking you can also adjust delivery options, e.g. give permission to leave the package unattended or redirect delivery to a pickup point. This reduces unnecessary courier trips and helps avoid emissions.
6. Returns & Return Shipping Costs
We do not cover return shipping costs. Please choose your order carefully and contact our FAQ or customer service team if unsure.

7. Assistance with Delivery Issues
If your package does not arrive or is damaged, please contact our customer service directly. Our team is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you promptly.
