1. The Organizer

The promoter of this sweepstakes is Nitro Snowboards Entwicklungs GmbH located at Schwabengasse 1a, 82487 Oberammergau, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer").

2. Eligibility

  • Location: Participation is open to legal residents of the European Union, European Economic Area, USA, China, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.
  • Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Exclusions: Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the sweepstakes are ineligible.

3. How to Enter

  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
  • Entry Method: To enter, participants must entry their data and subscribe to our Nitro Slashers Newsletter.
  • Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on 27.02.2026 and ends on 02.03.2026 (Central European Time).

4. The Prize

The winner will receive:

  • One (1) Nitro Cannon 203 Snowboard 
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries by hand from an Nitro employee.
  • Notification: The winner will be notified via Email within 5 days of the closing date, or direct at the event location.
  • Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

By entering this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that your personal data (e.g., name, email, social handle) will be processed by the Organizer for the sole purpose of administering this promotion.

  • Data will be stored securely and deleted after the prize has been successfully delivered, unless you have opted-in to further marketing communications.
  • You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or damages resulting from the use of the prize. Participation is at the entrant's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
